Veteran Medical Malpractice Litigator Gary S. Genovese Re-Joins Conrad & Scherer LLP

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 17 -PRNewswire- Former partner and accomplished medical malpractice litigator Gary S. Genovese has re-joined Conrad & Scherer LLP as a partner.

Genovese, most recently of Martin, Lister, Alvarez & Genovese PLC of Weston, Florida, has tried over 150 jury trials and has had his cases featured in USA Today, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. He is well known for litigating cases throughout the South Florida region. Genovese's practice areas include medical malpractice, personal injury, first-party insurance matters, products liability, general liability and premises liability.
