Daniel Weinger is a litigator whose work focuses upon the areas of employment discrimination and commercial litigation. Mr. Weinger’s practice encompasses both the trial and appellate arenas, as he advocates for clients in a wide variety of complex matters covering an assortment of business controversies, including corporate, finance, and real estate issues as well as labor and employment disputes, both in trial and upon appeal. Daniel Weinger also handles appeals in the areas of family law and criminal defense. Mr. Weinger returns to Conrad & Scherer after running a successful solo practice for the past three years.

Additionally, Mr. Weinger has spent time teaching future lawyers at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There, Daniel Weinger was an Instructor for Civil Pre-Trial Practice, a course in which students are taught to handle all aspects of a civil lawsuit, from the initial client interview through the start of trial.

Prior to private practice, Daniel Weinger had the honor of serving for six years as a senior law clerk for the Third District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida.
